Positional Clinics
Ages 13 - 18 
Space is limited only 15 players per session.
​All trainings will be held at the Academy of the Sacred Heart gym (UPTOWN)
Focus on technical position training as well as individual strategies per position: for example, what each player needs to understand about playing their position, including Complex 1 (Serve Receive / Setting / Offense / Hitter Coverage) and Complex 2 (Serving / Defense / Setting - Counter Attack

Setters / Hitters Training: Fundamentals in Setting; Work in All Hitting Positions; Working together in Complex 1 and 2
Passing / Floor Defense / Blocking Training: Passing Serve Receive / Free Balls; Digging / Diving; Fundamentals in Blocking and Net Transition; Connecting Blocking with Floor Defense Position
Complex 1 Training: Serve Receive / Setting / Offense / Hitter Coverage
Complex 2 Training: Serving / Defense / Setting - Counter Attack
